For most people, the days of the week will now be as follows;

Monday = Aaaargh
Tuesday = Argh (unless it's a Tuesday after a Bank Holiday Monday, in which case it'll be Aaaargh Squared)
Wednesday = Huh
Thursday = Meh
Friday = Ugh
Saturday = parkrunday

Sunday = Zzzzzz
