Just before D-Day (1944), there was some concern about the code names for the landing beaches appearing as answers in The Times crossword.
So now I am very worried. In today's Times crossword. 25a Two cities introducing a way to produce cord (7)
Are we about to invade somewhere? Or is there a new set of regulations about to be deployed? lanyard
*I haven't finished the rest yet. Maybe there's a colour or pattern mentioned that is part of it?
