Muttley - nerve flossing is some sort of gentle stretching/exercise movement that tries to free up trapped nerves. It moves them back and forth to try and free them up where trapped. It is a very uncomfortable pain if you stretch too far
Others may be able to explain better than me.
Haven't rowed though.

I used to Concept 2 in the local gym but the floor was so polished that I'd actually gradually row about 5 metres across the hall...

Thanks, sinj. Sounds unpleasant, tbh. Good luck with it!

Nothing but Achilles pays for me today (unless I manage Abs before bedtime). Might give the bungee resistance bands workout a go in the morning before a couple of errands before heading home. If I get home in good time I might do a 10k, otherwise it’ Be Thursday morning before I row again.

The repair kit has arrived! Yikes! That was quick. I'll have to get my finger out now. (It wasn't plugging the leak, mind.)

Flossing nerves sounds nasty. You be careful out there!
Got home in time to clear my head with a steady state hour. 13.3km ticked off. I almost feel human again.

Morning all. Just a steady 10k done as 2 x 5k with a wipedown in between. Metres in the bank.
