I reckon if you can absorb that volume and it doesn't break you you're on to a winner.
Do you have easy days where you do less than 20k at all in those streaks Mousey?

How do you record your training ... anyone keep a blog on here ? I add stuff to my C2 logbook but used to keep a blog on the old C2 UK forums which I found very useful to review over the years. See what things had worked out well and which hadn’t.

Greetings all. Just uploaded my latest batch of metres to C2 and thence automatically, I hope, to Fetch and our league table.
Pushed for time today so a brief session: after warmup, 3 x 1500 metres as per The Plan. Done just ahead of target pace and that's Week 7 completed so onwards and upwards.

Nice on Muttley. Keep ticking them off and getting the improvements.
Jef, I don't do a blog on any regular basis. I do put some brief notes on training items fairly often, so it should be clear what is warm-up/warm down and what is the "main set" each day, and what the main set was supposed to be.

Are the workouts supposed to port across automatically from the C2 logbook? Because every time I look, I'm asked to either import or import again.
In the meantime, a nifty 6 miles of running this morning along the coastal trails and sandy paths, in horizontal rain. Strangely invigorating.

Muttley - no, you have to click "import" for each workout you want to add to FE.
Nice running, btw! I know what you mean about it being strangely invigorating. I'm plodding my way through C25K at the moment after months off running, and can't wait to get back to a decent run in rubbish weather – the fouler the better!

Ah, OK. I have done that for all the missing December workouts. I'll check again tomorrow to see if they've percolated their way through.
And yes, there is nothing quite like that warm smug feeling after a run in particularly evil weather

Ay Ay, foo's yer doos? Struggled a bit today. First row for a week and I was expecting it to be better after a rest, but nope. However, I cheered up a bit when I remembered how much chainsaw work I did on Sunday afternoon. Followed by a swim. Which was nice.

I popped in the gym this morning after a week off, another woman went in at the same time and shot over to take the last rower from me. There was a spare rower which I haven't tried which is a water machine. I chatted to my new rowing buddie who I met properly at a race recently and after 5 minutes the other woman moved on. I only had time to row for a few minutes so tried to go nice and slowly and concentrate on technique - better than nothing but nothing like you lot.
