I’ve started using MyFitnessPal this week to log my food and see where I’m going wrong! The app gave me what I think is an unrealistic target of 1200 calories per day, which I’ve ignored! However, when I logged my first day’s food I was surprised at how much I am actually consuming, so at least it’s making me more mindful of what I eat.

I’m using MFP too and reset my goals although I still struggle to eat within them! I always eat my exercise calories too.

I can tell you every meal I've had over the last week from memory so actual tracking food makes no difference for me. I just carry on eating it.
Reality at 5x years old my only real training fail is still my diet. As I missed my PRO window and with my body failing therefore forcing me to give up more and more I'm not sure I care enough to focus.
We shall see though ...

I’m been on holiday in Wales since Friday and have already overindulged (takeaway curry, shortbread biscuits, Belgian bun). I’m going to regret this when I get home and weigh myself next weekend.
