Yes, enjoy!

Final weigh in for a 75 day online fitness program yesterday - 9.8kg and a couple notches down on the belt line. Having the weekend off then back on it for 5 weeks before holiday - I’ve got 2 or 3 more to loose for target.

It was the Six Pack Revolution, lammo

They offer several different programmes - I followed the entry level Signature programme. It is essentially a prescribed meal plan with recipes, daily press ups / bodyweight squats and abdominal exercises and a weekly challenge you must complete once, but can repeat if desired.

So nothing new or groundbreaking, but I think what did it for me was the accountability - having to send in a weekly photo with your shirt off really focussed the mind! :-)

I'm on an all inclusive holiday in Gran Canaria

There are a lot of fat power drinkers/eaters here.

I have a bike and trainers and am definitely the wrong guy for this place.

Survived the holiday and weight still 73.x which is pretty much where I have been all year.

Plus side is its very comfortable

Negative side is it makes running fast harder

I seem to be on an inadvertent weight loss plan. Been a bit stressed and had low appetite: lost 4.4 kg in six weeks. Don't know how it's affecting running as I've barely done any. Not particularly recommended as a plan.

(I've lost weight sharply with stress on previous occasions, but not over such a prolonged period.)

A smidge over 10 stone a few people have commented that I've lost weight it's been a slow progress about a stone since December still need I expect at least another ½stone.

MyFitnessPal isn’t really working for me …I thought that logging my food intake would help me to cut down, but it hasn’t happened.

I’m still losing/gaining the same 1-2lbs so I know I need to change something, but actually doing it is the hard bit!

I know what you mean lin50 - I’m logging but daily over what I should be which makes me fed up. Ideally I’d like to lose another 1kg - not loads as I look gaunt any thinner. However a combination of age plus not running (I’ve been injured on and off for ages) plus chocolate means weight has crept on.
