Very similar Pix! Had a longing look at the beer aisle just. Was only a glance but the temptation to eat and drink everything is still there!
I tried on my next biggest pair of jeans. The waist is fine but the quads are tight. Can’t believe that this is post 8kg loss! Just got to keep plodding.

that's it TT, I didn't used to log or count the walks and would have been 500 cals to the better, which is why I quickly put on a stone when I retired.
I managed to put on over 2 stone when I had a break from work the first time 12 years ago, but getting the dog and C25K and starting to run fixed that.

RH no he's fab but my training is now with purpose and increasing so I am hoping mentally I will go oh best improve food/fuel and the increased training will see the weight drop

I love this thread!
So, I only weigh myself once a week. I have my mums old scales and they have an innacurate dial with a hand pointing at your weight. It just about does half kilos!
Saturday morning is weighing time... It feels like I am doing ok: banana post run, two coffees with a dollop of oat milk, lunch was home bake sourdough rye, avocado in stead of butter! And two poached eggs. I feel full! I am at my client, my snacks are an apple and an aldi raw/paleo whatever small energy bar thing. I have half a litre of filtered water and a litre of rooibos tea. I am drinking every time I feel the need to snack.
However, after 5 days the feel good factor of my run/walks is replacing the need for chocolate! 😀

I love data the more the merrier and like to mull over it as my husband calls me gadget girl;-) I count my walking calories and like azx I need every single one;-) I walked similar distance to Azx and sounds like similar terrain....I am thinking of getting walking poles;-)
Nice BMI I am at 29 and crave to be 25;-)
