Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

for tonight's run I will use 1 buff for my headtorch and the other will be wrapped around my phone rather than neck to ward off the unexpected rain

We do have several in the house but I don't wear em much. If I do it's not like the 'usual' pirate buff thing because that makes my head look like a sausage falling out of its skin.

I sometimes wear one around my neck when it's cold or on top of my head under a bike helmet.

Pretty much always wear one on the wrist as a horrible sweatrag, doubling as an occasional key carrier if wearing the wrong shorts

I will use one on a cold but sunny day. Use the buff as a ear warmer and a cap to keep the sun out of my eyes

I used to have a white buff which I would twist to make a skullcap, covering the top of my head rather than leaving it open as in a sweatband. Until I got asked why I had a giant condom on my head.

I have many buffs. Including one fetch one. I have a small box specifically for them. In the warm months I have one on my head and one round my wrist for wiping away excess sweat and in winter I have one round my neck instead.

As I am a matchy matchy type person I have many that match my flanci skorts 😃

I love my buffs.

I hate feeling bundled up, so rarely wear it round my neck or even wrist. But ear warmers, light hat, hanky, sweat-rag. I will wet it in summer to cool down and eventually if its really cold round my neck and up under my hat to keep out the draft.
I have also been known to wear one tucked under a cap when it's hot, Lawrence of Arabia style to prevent my neck getting burnt.

All those things.

I lost my most favourite buff this summer on the moors. I keep imagining I'll come across it, snagged on a sheep. But not yet.

I pur-chased a Fetch buff for the Missis for her birthday. She is yet to wear it. Although I am fully expecting her to pack it for our impending trip to the UK for Christmas.

Buffs are brilliant but I am most grateful for them on a windy day to cover my ears. I find blocking the sound of the wind really makes the run easier. All in the mind 🤣

I've got original black, black and red, and maybe swirly (need to check). Just ordered rainbow.

You did come to this thread knowing this was about buffs, the simple tube shaped piece of versatile headgear. Not ahem, errm, you know, wink, wink?! :-O
