I've watched a video on YouTube which was handy to explain how to adjust and lock the fit on the waist elastic (I hadn't spotted the little grooves). But I can't see what the purpose of the small black plastic things (shaped like a number eight) on the chest elastic might be? Pix, do those 500ml soft bottles fit in the front pockets? There seem to be comments under the video I watched suggesting those pockets were too small for more than 250ml each. It's not a problem if it's only the smaller size as I'm not planning any ultras

I get whiteout with their XS - it fits and doesn't feel tight or need a wiggle on, but it stretches too much, so apart from bras, I buy S in their stuff, shame as rarely any S in the sale by this stage!! I'm holding out for another tikiboo Bank Holiday blanket discount!!
