Ignore that and go with the sizing I think a small must be a 0 (what is wrong with 10/12/14 etc I don’t know)

If Italian sizing is tight, don't go shopping in Japanese-owned department stores in Singapore (or probably anywhere else) One of my favourite linen shirts, bought in an emergency when work over-ran is a 4XL - and I was a good stone lighter then than I am now!
