We needed it because back then, it was over 20 degrees and sunny, on the 5th of November It has been trial and error with caps though. Most don't stay on. Inov8 ones do for me too.

Could be a result of meds and I have yet to find a sun cream/lotion that doesn't make it worse tbh. I usually avoid sun exposure around midday but will be walking then so need to cover up!

One of the great boons of lockdown was forcing me to grown my hair long enough for a ponytail and hooking the visor over that keeps it in at a perfect angle for shading my eyes
geordiegirl May 2021 10:03pm, 4 May 2021 14,522 posts	0 geordiegirl I wear a buff folded to a wide headband in winter I make them a cap but this winter I found that a bit hot too. I wear the Goodr glasses I find out if the various thousand of pairs I’ve tried they are the best for running.

Trainers were a bargain on eBay but no good for running in because Adidas decided to mess with the sizing between the ultraboost19s and 20s! Have a colourful day people! X
