Thrilled to do 10 miles. After 2 weeks of really struggling. And I enjoyed it too!

8 miles in the mountains, 2,600 ft of climbing over three peaks. Two technical climbs, one technical decent, then a big long off trail drop alongside a mountain stream, with a couple of rolling miles on the Mourne Way to finish.

Sunny but no great heat. Super views, super Sunday.

Peaceful - and encouraging too: the gammy hammy is starting to improve. 4 miles in the failing light along Crosby beach and returning by the trails in the coastal park.

Impromptu 4 miles which ended up being a bit too soon after lunch. Got through it though and felt ok by the end.

It's mild, isn't it, Jono. Sounds like you're back in business now. :)

hopefully - working in Bolton today, so its the usual overcast skies - but warm. I think Bolton is aligned with the ismuth of panama. similar weather - no good for sunbathing.
