Jono.
after last weeks stomach flu, went out for 4 miles. I will run tomorrow and then I'm working nights over the B/H.

Will pick up regular running once September is under way and hopefully all nigles will be out of the way :-)

Today's run was hard work, but the tingling in my legs (from nettle stings!) tells me it was a good one 😂

suns out, bit of a head wind along the Mersey.

there's a double hill on this route and this morning, it nearly killed me - must get back to regular running and some level of fitness.

worked to do 10k, managed to sneak in at just under 60 minutes.

Ran 4.1 miles last night, beach & trail to Blundellsands & back down beach. Light breeze, calm - and within sight of 9 min/mile...which made me smile. :)

8 last might, 4.3 miles, warmish even that late. No rushing, everyone & everything chilled and peaceful, especially the tide - it could hardly be bothered to turn over some waves. Many drawings in the firm sand and no boggy parts to cross.
