Ran a mile around the park yesterday, achilles seemed okay, so its steady as she goes for now.

Went for a bike ride afterwards

2.3 miles in some lanes and bridle paths from our campsite in Cornwall. I really enjoyed it.

sounds nice Red, Love Cornwall - one of the lads in work is obsessed with the place. Planning on buying a small house down their, whilst working in Manchester. Hise roster allows him to go down their regularly.

2 miles for me, next run will be Wednesday - going for a BIG 4 miler.
