Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I'm currently confined to running around the garden, and can manage 5K. Previously I've just run round and round, clock or anticlockwise but this time I tried a figure of 8. This may have confused my Garmen though - the recorded pace was so slow that I convinced myself it had accidentally got changed from metric to imperial and carried on till I reached 3.1. Initially thrilled with a 40 second PB for the course, but then realised it was 3.1K not miles!!! Was I slow? It felt like I was running my heart out! Or could the GPS just not keep up? Its not a huge garden!
