Yesterday evening after sunset. Decent breeze but I needed to discard light jkt. Places on trails where legs ached; soft, slippery sand on beach = track back & away! Came home in the gathering gloom in 50:38 for 4.9 miles.

GPS watch not able to accurately track my runs round the garden (or I'm just getting really slow!), so I'm now running for 30 minutes, and trying to ignore the pace and distance!

5K this morning. Was going to do more but had a few niggles from off road cycling yesterday so decided 5k was enough. Its done me good and niggles have dissapeared
