5K done this morning. Nice to get out. Tried to go a bit quicker than last couple of runs as have been letting my pace drop again..

Something different. Club challenge to complete your christian name and surname, using initial letters from local street names, and provide photo evidence to the Club fb page.

Accompanied by Mrs SS and her bike on camera duties; made a nice change.
