8 miles this morning, bright sunshine, bit wet underfoot - really enjoyed this mornings efforts. didn't really look at my garmin and listened to music all the way round.
1) 1m - 10:06(10:06/m) 133cal 5.94/8.53mph = distracted along the dock road, man shouting at himself
2) 1m - 9:56(9:56/m) 134cal 6.04/7.88mph 3) 1m - 9:53(9:52/m) 137cal 6.07/8.1mph 4) 1.01m - 10:01(9:57/m) 134cal 5.99/8.27mph = Bidston Hill 5) 1m - 9:54(9:53/m) 136cal 6.06/7.23mph 6) 1.05m - 9:22(8:57/m) 131cal 6.4/7.33mph = bit too fast
7) 1m - 9:47(9:46/m) 134cal 6.13/7.9mph
8) 1.01m - 9:58(9:53/m) 133cal 6.02/7.47mph

afternoon Fetchlings
6 miles this morning, the rain had cleared and it was fairly mild - I always seem to warm up after the 1st mile.
I think todays run was how you should conduct yourself in races?
1) 1m - 10:20(10:20/m) 137cal 5.8/8.72mph = warm up & settle in 2) 1m - 9:41(9:41/m) 134cal 6.19/7.23mph 3) 1m - 9:29(9:29/m) 134cal 6.33/7mph 4) 1m - 10:12(10:12/m) 131cal 5.89/7.14mph = adjust stride and pace for double hill
5) 1m - 9:30(9:30/m) 135cal 6.32/8.08mph 6) 1m - 8:54(8:54/m) 134cal 6.74/9.31mph = go for it!

MORNING FETCHLINGS,
9 miles this morning, lovely crescent moon - bit breezy across the peninsula & I felt weighed down by last nights curry.
getting ever nearer to the golden 10 miles.

Did a cheeky 5k in the treadmill at the gym before work after doing some strength training. The run was good, but I was ridiculously sweaty for some reason. I must have looked a sight.

Eynsham the Red knows rain dear.
I tried, and really persevered, but there’s only so much time that I could bare to spend looking at the kitchen door from our integral garage. I ended up wishing my miles away on the display and not enjoying the run at all. I sold it to a neighbours.
