Morning fetchlings - 6 miles done, another chilly, blustery section along the mersey = gloves on.
Mile 5 showed some promise .

Evening fetchlings - 5 miles this morning, went over to Birkenhead park and threw myself around it, been ages since I've been over there.

6 miles this morning, chilly in the biting strong breeze that blew across the peninsula. Gloves on, Hat on - by mile 2 I had warmed up and considered taking my hat off, it was quickly put back on. By mile 5 I could feel the chill on my chest and arms.
A plodding effort and a reflection on 6hrs sleep, interrupted when Dexter the cat climbed into bed and couldn't get comfortable due to the new 'memory foam' pillows - which seem okay.
Sore feet and legs from 2 days of pounding paths around the estate, I wonder why I get these now and Mrs J offers the same advice 'its your age'.

6 miles in a chilly coastal breeze here too. VP said 5 miles was enough for him. My knee says, "He was right, you should have listened to him, you stupid old bat."

6 mile plod, not the best of shape - full of Sunday nights roast dinner + jam sponge, custard. Feet aching after Sundays patrolling around the estate - splits were a ray of sunshine.
next run Thursday morning.
