Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Almost didn’t run this evening due to weather and laziness but managed to get myself out and had a great(and wet) 3 miles+.

nice one El

ran 6 miles this morning, breezy & wet. 1 mile to go until I reach Novembers target of 80 miles - starting to think that I could achieve 500 miles this year.

will have some work to do in December though..........................

Great :-) 5 km all run in brand new shoes, felt good, and it took me to my highest monthly total since June 2016.

well done Fetchlings - nice going, I know targets can be arbitrary but reaching them 'gives you that buzz'

had a lovely 7 mile run this morning, ran over to Birkenhead Park (where they were preparing for a club race), up Bidston Hill (my nemesis many years ago - feeling a little intrepid after the very modest year) around the top and back down - loved it, chilly, ice, but wonderful sunshine.

That reads well, Jono. Our summer club run on Fridays took in two laps of Biddy hill, and I returned many times to try to avoid walking on the steep ascent to the observatory. :)

Eynsham the Red knows rain dear.
A chilly three miles in the dark. Home and warm now though.

Going to try and stretch the longest run of the week D.

6 miles this morning - bit warmer than previous mornings, but still wore gloves & woolly hat.
