Also saw some adorable ducklings on the river desperately trying to keep up with mum as they paddled upstream.. Only for them to be paddling and paddling and paddling and going nowhere as the flow was too fast.

I rarely wear phones on a run but if I am able to do a longish Sunday afternoon run, I do enjoy taking Johnnie with me. The plan was to do 10.25 m/m but didn’t quite get that slow, averaging 10.15 m/m. Must try a little less harder!
