Good run, though tired towards the end of it. The biggish hill towards the end didn't help!

Pretty hard 4+ miles into 20-25 mph winds, such that on our return we were a bit too knackered to enjoy the wind being behind us. π¬ π¨

Bit hungover from tv rugby day yesterday = sluggish 18 (in the rain) today. Tempted to bail at several points but just ground it out and got it done. Good workout for the stubbornness muscle.

It had many pleasing features: calm, tide advancing and more consistent breathing. 5.3 miles, Waterloo, coastal park, Leisure Centre, prom, up & down beach & home via boggy bits near small lake.
