Good run, though tired towards the end of it. The biggish hill towards the end didn't help!

Pretty hard 4+ miles into 20-25 mph winds, such that on our return we were a bit too knackered to enjoy the wind being behind us. 🌬 πŸ’¨

Bit hungover from tv rugby day yesterday = sluggish 18 (in the rain) today. Tempted to bail at several points but just ground it out and got it done. Good workout for the stubbornness muscle.

5 miles this morning fighting the wind and the rain. Did two loops and had head wind for 3/4s of it πŸ˜’

Now I've got a 2 mile walk in to to take the little one to breakfast club...

It had many pleasing features: calm, tide advancing and more consistent breathing. 5.3 miles, Waterloo, coastal park, Leisure Centre, prom, up & down beach & home via boggy bits near small lake.
