Not too bad after non running for a week!! Much needed run too after nasty week at work, just what the doc ordered 6.21 miler finishing with a mighty hill 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

Nice and windy to aid wind resistance. Resistance training was further aided by having to push a stroller with a baby. Good run. Glad I went for the run.
