Seville is a beautiful city but the marathon was one of the ugliest I've ever run. I bet if this were scenic, people would be moaning about how hilly it was :-P

I think I will when I pass. The route does have some interesting land marks and a bit of countryside should be a very nice mix.

People do seem to moan about the bad things instead of talking about the good. The good thing is Manchester will have a marathon again after 10 years. I can't believe I ran the lastManchester marathon as well !

NP - If anyone moans about hilly this is then I'm sure either you or Malc could tell them a thing or two about the marathon you've both done around the lake a few times...
Malc - Exactly, the great thing about this is the reintroduction of another NW marathon, meaning those of us in the NW can now run another marathon where we can sleep in our own beds the night before. (As well as a certain Trail marathon on August bank holiday that I don't think I have seen plugged on Fetch yet?)

It's not my drink but I'm sure they will have it behind the bar. I must admit I don't know why they call it the Gin Pit. As far as I know it used to be a mine not a distillery.
