My F6 gets the basic daily training suggestion, but even with a race added to the calendar doesn't get the subsequent days. I assume this is a F6 vs f7 difference?

I believe so. There's a compatibility list link embedded in the manual link I gave earlier.

That link doesn't suggest you will see following days on any device. It does suggest that those with the Race Event feature have more.

Cheers SPR. I'd missed the update details - never seem to have the time to read as many DCR posts these days - which was why I was confused that the F7 had it when it wasn't on the original list.

Guess I'll have to do without until I win the lottery!

Actually it did hit the Fenix 7 et al a bit earlier than the article I posted which explains why it's just improved UI in that post: dcrainmaker.com

Glad we sorted that out, flanker. According to techrader it is also available on the Instinct 2 now. https://www.techradar.com/news/garmin-just-brought-its-race-widget-to-more-watches-in-time-for-marathon-season.
