I have checked it’s all connected, blue tooth is on says phone is paired I’m stumped I’m on holiday but it’s worked up until yesterday. While the run imported to fetch it never showed in my stats yesterday.

If it’s old then delete it in the phone Bluetooth settings and reboot the phone. If it’s your new one let it connect and then it should stop showing.
