I use a Mac so shoot me now, but afterwards can you tell me how to get the Garin to update zero distance runs to the computer.

Training Center hasn't picked up a treadmill run i did with my HRM on.

what do you mean 'won't recognise the garmin'? For Hollybar to work, the PC must have recognised the garmin...

I know but this is on 3 x different PCs (one at work, mine and my son's). I get a little message to copy/paste to email to Garmin. Will be sorting that out on my return next week.

done that but not great. how/where do you define the different paces for run, sprint jog etc?
