quofan Apr 2008 5:33pm, 17 Apr 2008 18 posts	0 quofan does anyone know how to get the garmin 305 to work with windows vista. recently upgraded to windows vista & it dosn't recognise the garmin when i plug it into the usb port
Badger Apr 2008 8:19pm, 18 Apr 2008 1,213 posts	0 Badger Spally, this blog garmin.blogs.com suggests you might have to turn the GPS off for the 305 to detect the footpod. Also you need at least version 2.50 of the 305 software - maybe you need an upgrade? Quofan, no idea, sorry - still on XP myself.

Apr 2008 8:42pm, 18 Apr 2008 13,269 posts	0 Quofan, you need to go and download the latest training centre software and usbdrivers from the garmin website. I'm on Vista and it works perfectly with the latest software.

First time, I copy & pasted it in an email like it asks and sent it, but the email i got back I kinda ignored. If the error message comes up again, I delete it and continue doing what I was doing - everything's still ok
