I'm the same Debstir- I did as you did and now just cancel the message. I suspect that it's caused by my antivirus/firewall software. ( Norton in my case, which is notorious for conflicts) Garmin occasionally refuses to upload, I just take it off USB, switch off and on and reattach to USB. Has always worked so far (fingers crossed..).

DIY Diva
Garmin refuses to upload. I have to use hollybar. Have tried taking it off the USB, switching it off and on, reattaching it to the USB with no success.

I'm getting a new PC soon so will hopefully get all the data off and then clear the garmin history.

I hae had that error once or twice I think Diva. I just ignored it the 2nd time. First time I sent it off toGarmin support and they responded within a week I think. I think my issue was with user rights on a multi user Vista PC.
