Sigh
I've just successfully asked it to cover from 01.07.2018 to 23.07.2020; it's already brought over the last month, and earlier than July 2018 is now so old as to be irrelevant to current performance, so I can do that whenever.

I try to remember my 2 minute drop value and note it in a bespoke field on my Fetch log, I don't know if you can do any analysis on bespoke fields. A good value for me is over 80 drop.

I brought the extra bit over as I can analyse where it thought I based on previous data. For example, I currently have a marathon shape of 27% and the best marathon shape I've had is 34%.
I'd like to look at historical monotony as well but haven't seen that it's possible to track that (I'm quite new to the site so it's possible I'm missing how to do it).

If there is a real desire for it I'm sure Fetch would be add it to the training log - he's always keen to feature match competing sites. Maybe send him some feedback.

As Badger said, I'd expect drop to correlate with pace and time/ distance. I'd certainly expect a bigger drop if I ran easy but then increased pace for the bit of a run as the heart rate has gone up but has really been stressed by staying high for an extended period of time.

Right, well I've configured datasets and reordered them so that Recovery HR is adjacent to the other HR data. I've only got this morning's to go on as I usually click to save straight away:
Slightly frustratingly, Runalyze displays the other HR in percentages, so to calculate the HR 'drop' I have to take the final HR value from Garmin and deduct the recovery HR value from Runalyze!

I can see monotony and training strain are on the development list via the forum on Runalyze.

For historical tracking that is.
