Received my Garmin yesterday evening, charged it and completed the set up this morning, then set out for my first run with it. Everything worked well. I connected to the PC and the Training Center app opened and retrieved the data from the unit automatically. I had previously downloaded and installed the Hollybar 'Runner's Toolbar', so I clicked on the F-Train icon, selected the run, and uploaded it to my training log.
I love my new toy!

I've my first question. I forgot to hit the pause button when I stopped for a drink and a piss, which took about a minute and a half. Is there a way to edit the data from this run to correct for this?

Have you downloaded SportsTracks, SF? It has a section that says 'stopped' so you can see how long you stopped for and subtract it from your time.
