Not keen on fruit 'in' cheese but like it alongside well enough.

Has to be evaluated on a cheese by cheese basis.
Cheddar with caramalised onion = yes Wenslydale with cranberries = yes
White Stilton with apricot = nope nope nope.
One of my faves is sage Derby, full of sage as you might expect, it's green too so is very pretty.
I have also tried Sticky Toffee Cheese, which was fab. That was at a country fair.

I'm broadly against it, but Wensleydale with cranberries is an exception.

Fruit in cheese is for Christmas, not for life. Then again I like cheese and jam sandwiches, so who am I to say.

Stilton with mango and ginger, and soft cheese pineapple halo, but that's as far as I go. Definitely no cranberries!

Cheese with no fruit or veg included. You can't improve on perfection.
In Canada, where they go big on unnecessary additions to cheese and cheese is served with practically every meal, I came across cheddar with Guinness. It was black, black and wrong.

I once had Marmite cheese. It was disappointingly lacking in Marmiteyness.
