Prompted by a blog of today, wherein she anticipates some Wensleydale with cranberries, I've realised that it is hard to keep track of everyone's cheese preferences. I currently have some tasty cheddar with caramelised onions through it. What's your position?
(Proper cheese only, not anything that comes in a tub.)
