And @Wabo and @Night-owl are feeling better soon. What: aqua jog, including 16 x 30 seconds fairly hard. Legs felt fine but I have done something to a shoulder! Why: not up to running more than three times a week yet @Derby Tup : surprised that you (and a few others) don't know today's song; I sang it in the school choir with different groups doing different parts. I felt it was a success!
