I'm also quite close to leaving the game. I've been playing it from when I first joined fetch but also getting a bit bored with it.

I'm still quite enjoying it, @fetcheveryone but haven't been playing it for as long as some people. I can't seem to achieve a huge score in the game (11,259 is my best ever) and I think that's probably because there are no other fetchies who play the game in my area. I think a revised version would be good.

The core change would be to have all the players operating on one set of icons. So for example, if there was a diamond one mile to the north-west of your home point, *everyone* would have the same diamond one mile to the north-west of their home points. So you'd be competing with all those other players to grab it.

That sounds like a good idea. What would happen to the unreachable areas in your home zone? Would they still apply? I have a quarry and a fair bit of inaccessible woodland in my area.

1) The scoreboard and markers don't 'reset' on the first of the month any more. They work on a rolling 30 day system.
2) You only need to worry about red bugs.
