I just plug away at it but for about 10 days post chemo I won't make it out of my circle. Good thing is, when I can, I usually clear several in one walk or ride.

I find walking even to the back of the garden and back helpful. It always perks me up. Only 250 metres but I do log them now ☺️ and sometimes there is a jewel in my garden!

Annoyingly the where am I function showed me well inside the circle before I turned around as I’d only run down that road to get it!

1) The scoreboard and markers don't 'reset' on the first of the month any more. They work on a rolling 30 day system.
2) You only need to worry about red bugs.
