I've got them all Although the scales are definitely dodgy: I weighed, didn't like it, did a wee & weighed more, so...!

Sorry for being AWOL we have being away in Prague.
I’ll start with sending hugs MM and understandable given the circumstances.
Well done on the losses and focus guys and good bit of observation Mel we can easily get into a habits. We often have brunch at weekends rather than both, weekdays it’s a light breakfast and light lunch.
So back to Prague we walked miles we had breakfast and evening meal with a light snack somewhere in between. We did drink more than we’d normally have but it was the odd stop for a drink and love on so not a beer fest by any measure. I jumped on the scales this morning and it’s a tiny gain but confident I’ll get a handle on it this week.
Hoping to get back to training after the lurgy still not 100% but I’m 100% better than last week or two. Training Peaks tell me it’s 13 weeks to Jordan!

Lizzie W, that's exactly why I don't stress about smaller variations - I've seen the same on my scales, even my latest which are not even a year old. But given that I'm trying to shift a decent amount I don't care about that.

LizzieW - I was fairly sure my old scales were past it as they were starting to get a bit erratic. I had bought them years before so it was an easy decision to buy some new ones. Every now and then the reading on the new scales seems to much of a jump from the previous one so I hop off and on to check and invariably, the second reading is more like what I expected.

0.6kg off. Probably because OH is away.

1.5 lbs off at yesterday’s weigh in which was good. However, it takes me to only half a pound less than I was on 12th December 🙄
Very slow progress, hampered by Christmas and a week in Cornwall, of course.

Great work ladies! 1/2lb is still less Woo, esp with Christmas and a holiday in there. You'll have to send OH away more often Linds
Hubby grows broad beans every year as I love them, him not so much. I took out a huge bag from the freezer last night and made broadbean and stilton soup. It was lacking something but a bit tweaking with seasoning it was delicious.
Steak and homemade airfryer chips tonight as his official birthday meal. He's learning to drag it out as good as me!
