Oddly, I weigh almost exactly what I did my first entry 10 years ago - (that was on the way down from an all time high) I’ve been 20lb lighter and 14lb heavier in between though

Yes, funnily enough I'm just 1lb or so off my very first entry - but I'd got myself to a much better place by the last entry!! Sigh...

Ohhhh I’m 5lb lighter than my first entry!
Highest I was 1st 4lb heavier (I know I went at least 4lb more than that) and 6lb lighter.
In 10. years that’s not that bad really

*waves* OH (MaltDrinker) is doing it with me (with added carbs for him) and I can honestly say it's been fun prepping the meals together and all the meals have been delicious and filling so far.

Thanks Fetch for the update as it made me look back at all my recordings.
Today I weighed myself and I’m the same as I weighed in the first time in Sept 2012 ( been up and down a few times ) and since I last weighed in here in Aug 2020 I’m up 4 lbs so not too bad.
Last year I had nothing much in the calendar to aim for but this year I have a few things and a family wedding and only really have half a stone to lose although I would be happier with 10 - 12 lbs off.
Really enjoyed using the book to record what I was doing on a day to day basis and I lost another lb.
I need to introduce my weight sessions again though.
