I have just about lost a pound this week but really it's probably more accurate to say I've stayed the same. Which is something I suppose.
I really need to commit more wholeheartedly to BSD again. I don't know why I'm finding it so hard this time. My willpower has gone AWOL

I've been through that, LD. Lost over 3 stones on BSD in 2016/17 - I found it everso easy. I kept it off for a few months then gradually (when we first got a motorhome) started to snack and add pick n mix and alcohol and the rest is history. I've managed a couple of weeks here and there since, but not a dedicated block of time, until last month. I think the ideal for me will be to do BSD for the maximum 12 weeks and then switch to FAST 800, which allows a little more leniency but in a controlled way. That's my plan this time.

I've taken my measurements this morning. After 30 days I've lost 26cm overall including 7 cm from waist and 7 cm from hips. It's reassuring to see the numbers going down. The next few days will be more challenging with changes of routines due to us going away for a few days. I've prepared some meals so the first couple of days will be ok but we are likely to want a meal out - even if it's just fish and chips - as we'll be at the seaside. I'm planning how to manage this by having just fish and peas. I can live without chips, I'm sure.

You’re doing amazing GM and you will be fine having your meal out as you’ll be planned on what to have other days. Have a fab time away x

I have a self-destruct setting as default, though, gg. If I go off plan for a meal, then I fall off big time. I'm trying to limit the opportunities this time.

OH is not following BSD to the letter but having had a bit of a health scare he's cut all simple carbs out and is trying to stick to 800 cals per day. He's a week in now and will stick to it for at least another 10 days or so. I'm impressed at his commitment as he does love his carbs.

Hopefully you can work on that by planning GM? So you know it’s an off plan treat but back on it.
As I explained before my entry to dieting was very extreme by not eating but I also used to do same as you if I had chocolate then it was game over it took time but it’s learning new habits and I have confidence in you.
That is great SK hope it helps him feel and be healthier and reverts the health scare.
I’ve had a good couple of weeks back on track eating good home cooked food & lots of veg. Alcohol cut down although last night we did share a bottle of wine. Hubby is doing good following his back surgery my upset tummy seemed to fix itself so I was very hungry yesterday but it’s dodgy again today. It’s driving me nuts.

Your OH is doing well, sk. I hope it helps with his health - anecdotal evidence suggests it should.

1.2lb on this week I was on plan Mon-Wed; Thursday we did a 10 mile walk followed by a pub meal - limited menu but I went for the healthiest option (vegan burger) and we shared a pudding; Friday 7 mile walk and fish 'n' chips but that was my only meal of the day; back on plan Sat-Sun. It was cold with thick fog on Saturday so we didn't move much, apart from a short walk, and I didn't drink as much water whilst we were away. I don't know if they might have contributed.
