I need to get on the scales tomorrow so I know where the Line is. I have shopped for BSD, with carbs on the side for the boys. I will enjoy eating different food whilst getting cross that T10 doesn't like it.

Have stuffed myself with chocolate again 🤦🏻♀️ I’m going to be a very podgy mother-of-the-bride if I don’t get my act together.

When is the wedding SW? And tomorrow is a new day don’t let today’s chocolate impact tomorrow.
I’ve made broth tonight while tonight’s dinner was cooking. Feeling much better today and when I popped to aldi they had some reduced smoked salmon so I am a happy gg! Eggs Royale for breakfast on Wednesday 😃

The wedding isn’t until June, gg. I've got plenty of time but I'm struggling to get my head in the right place.

Realised I haven’t been filling in my habits tracker and made a right mess of it now 😂😂 maybe I’ll ignore that bit.
Overall feeling back in control of food made a lovely meal last night (leek & bacon tartfallete from PoN) and while I was at it made a big pan of broth for lunches and some for freezer.
I loved todays quote ‘exercise to be fit bit skinny, eat to nourish your body’ the bit I’ve been missing lately.
Have a good day all.

Morning all.
I'm still fighting the flab, progress some days and not others, just can't quite get myself started this year so far.
It's that familiar tale of knowing what I need and want to do but not actually doing it :-(.

Indeed Irontubs it’s just so incredibly hard the constant battle with head and heart. I have been quite poorly and gutted to not be losing weight (I really should be trust me) but I’m trying to focus on nourishment not punishment so good healthy food with occasional extras. If I’m honest I’m done with cutting back that much I’m hungry and bored but I’m equally scared to be 2st heavier if I take my eye off the ball.
Hoping as my tummy bug rights itself and I get back to exercising it might start to drop again.
Also like the tracker book only weighs in every month.

Morning all
Have my first consultation call today so will see how that goes.
The one thing I have found with the book is that is showing up patterns of reactions to foods - how certain foods impact my tummy, my sleep etc

Good luck Moo!!
Writing things down is a brilliant way to see patterns. I have a lifelong fight with endometriosis the doctors were convinced it was IBS by writing it all down I could prove it was cyclical not food related.
My dad has diverticulitis last year he was so depressed as he had convinced himself it was bowel cancer. I battled with him to write things down eventually won when diagnosis was it wasn’t cancer ‘just’ dv
He’s been poorly last few days he’s realised he’s been having rhubarb pie for a few days and said I think it might be that? I would say it’s likely as it’s quite a fibrous fruit. But good to see him checking back and joining the dots.
Let us know how it goes xx
