Interesting recipe in the Grauniad today: grilled hispi cabbage with a Caesar dressing theguardian.com (on toast but I don't think I'd bother with that).

geordiegirl Jan 2022 2:09pm, 4 Jan 2022 16,782 posts	0 geordiegirl I did a roast vegetable ‘tin’ today instead of potatoes & green beans I did potatoes, cauliflower, onion, pepper, courgette & carrot and it was served with a peanut coconut dressing. Absolutely delicious. Spare dressing to go with the rice dish I’ll make tomorrow.
