Time hop brought up weight from a year ago I was 11.13 and with yesterday’s weigh at 10.13 exactly a stone in exactly a year.

I joined SW at 12.11.5 but I know I had gone to 12.13 on my scales and stopped weighing I know I was over 13 I just didn’t see it.

I’ve never had such peace with my body I know the extra miles help but I also know I don’t use food in the same way. At one point a long run would have been an excuse to eat more ‘naughty stuff’ now I eat if I’m hungry and question do I need it. I don’t look at food as good or naughty I try to be mindful.

I do fear if I don’t run as much in the future will the weight climb but I’m hoping I’ll continue to expand the comfort and relationship with food I have at the moment.

Sun is out skort is on and it’s feeling good. Have a good bank holiday everyone.

I quite like Girls Gone Strong for workout suggestions, including bodyweight: girlsgonestrong.com

What a wonderful, positive post gg - you've quite made my Friday!

My efforts are definitely on the back burner right now but I know I will get there.

Nearly 2lb off after last week's new worst ever line. I must keep this going the right way, or my BMI is going to be [redacted]. Wish me luck for camping next week :-)

I’m still on holiday but steeling myself to a huge gain when I weigh in on Monday morning. It’ll be back to SW with my tail between my legs on Wednesday night. 🙄

Just got back from a week away after a very stressful few weeks at work.

Am wanting and needing to get back in control but tomorrow I have my grandsons 3rd birthday party to attend 😁

Am really looking forward to having more time to myself now 😊 which should make it easier to be more active

It's a nice time of year to retire, just as the weather is getting better :)

Well done Fetchies 👏

@GG unfortunately the Easter Egg lead to a chocolate binge which saw an extra 5lb on the scales :-(

I am also comfort eating as my Mum’s behaviour due to Alzheimer’s is getting worst so I need to regain control. I didn’t run at all in May for one reason or another that that is not helping my mental well-being or waistline.

Anyhow today is a new day and a new month - life is very tough at the moment but I need to practice self care.

As they say on the Giving Up Alcohol thread JFT ODAAT
- just for today
- one day at a time (or hours / minutes)

Have a great week everyone 😊

Exactly, WP, one day at a time. I've just read your post on the Elderly Parents thread and you have seriously sad and worrying things going on. Look after yourself xxx

I must report a slight gain yesterday - only z pound but it shows that the leeway I've been giving myself over bread and wine does not go unnoticed by my metabolism!!
