I get mine from Aldi our little company shop had loads in (I resisted buying it but really due to not having an appropriate bag)

Making chickpea and sweet potato curry tonight - hubby is happy it being fully veggie (I normally put some chicken or prawns in) not trying to be veggie but I happily have meat free meals he tends to feel robbed.

TBH "low" fat coconut milk is not exactly fat-free, I'd just use it if it's easier to get (7g per 100g compared to 15g per 100g).

Thanks SK. I will try the Co-OP and if nothing will just but the reduced fat one.

We had the BSD pork chops in mustard sauce tonight, except I don't like chops so it was pork tenderloin cut into medallions. Really tasty, very few ingredients and straightforward cooking (fry meat in pan till just done, add a couple of tablespoons of creme fraiche and a couple of teaspoons of Dijon mustard, stir together, sprinkle chopped parsley over - done!)

We enjoy the pork in mustard - it is tasty. I’ve not made the laska so can’t help, sorry LG.

I don't see why not LG, though tbh it's not long to cook from scratch.
