Monday morning and basically the start of a new month (Well in 2days) sounds like the perfect day to take stock and see what needs done
Still hanging on to target (just) so 5lbs off this month would be great. I am going back to basics and also doing more gym work as well as my running - it's been lacking for a few weeks.
Good luck folks

Morning. I’m 3.5 lbs from target to be able to get there in July. More water and less going off plan at weekends are my intentions.
Onwards and downwards, people!

Morning all. How did it get to be almost July?
Weight is still dropping slowly it’s at the stage now people are noticing, I feel great and the downside to that is I’m not trying as hard.
I am 2.5lb off club 10 but of course I rejoined after Oz 8lb lighter than when I first joined to I now have 10.5 to get to 10% I don’t know if I want to lose that much more but I’ll see.
Def need to increase strength and conditioning workouts again the last 2 weeks I’ve been getting into WSW as I was tempted to do gridmaster which I did this week. Great for mileage! I’ve also signed up for LEJOG to be completed by end of November it’s going to be motivation to keep going.
So yes need some focus on meals again I did so well early part of lockdown but stick in a bit of a rut again.

Morning all - must be the day for it..weighed in and measured this morning and slightly, and I mean slightly, down from last week.
SW books have been found, iron tablets should be kicking in now so hopefully exercise can resume.
Need to keep motivated and not comfort eat .....

Since March, weight up not down - thankfully I don't know the numbers as I have no scales. I completed a weight loss calculator, to manage my expectations, and it came out that if I stick to 1200cal a day and add 2 x 20mins walk a day, I can reach my target in 1 year. Which sounds sensible. So I am eating all the snacks I can find.

1200 calories is incredibly low Lizzie I don’t know what calculator you used. I use Scooby it has me at 1900 a day I’m managing so where around 1600-1900 I don’t eat back calories burnt. I do need to do it again as I’m working out tons more since lockdown. I’ve lost over a stone and never eaten as much.
