I'm still lurking and glad to see people have been doing ok through lockdown. I've managed to get the scales to move about 7 lbs in 10 weeks which is really good having had no movement in months. Just need to loose 4kg to hit my total goal of 100kg lost! Back to basics for June, and a ban from the scales in the hope that July 1st brings me a nice little surprise ![]() |

I’m feeling good SarahWoo I am loving the quieter pace of life just to allow us to go to the boat and I’ll be happy with things for a while longer. Working from home is going ok although I had struggled initially. I’ve ordered a desk and excited about having a room set up to work from properly. The efforts from consistent training is showing in my running and I’m feeling fitter than I’ve been in a long time. The games on here are helping with motivation too. Good to see many of us are keeping going and anyone struggling we’re still here for support. B-lass that is incredible. You can do it!!! |

I'm much the same, gg. Getting used to working from home after struggling at first. I started lockdown with running 3 times/week for 6 weeks and felt great and then I got an injury so have been struggling since but getting out on my bike to try to compensate. Did a little run/walk last night without a problem so hopefully I can start to slowly build up again. I've lost 10 pounds since lockdown started which is pleasing - only 4.5 pounds from target now but it's getting harder! |

Wow that is great (weight loss not the injury) I’ve been doing Julia Buckley workouts 4x a week and it’s helping me so much. She has free ones on her FB page if anyone is interested. I’m a member of her online gym have been for years but had stopped doing them as marathon training got in the way. Loving the mix again. facebook.com |
