I have definitely got lockdown syndrome and managed to put on over half a stone in the past 12 weeks this was on top of the stone i'd put on before taking me back to my heaviest and the same as at January 2019. Ironically I always used the excuse I was too busy to prep all meal etc but i'm WFH so no commute and much less exercise (I usually swim, gym and classes) but still can't get motivated.

So re-started again on Monday downloaded c25k to try and get regular exercise and stop snacking

Sorry for the long rant!

Mum is hopefully (🤞) coming home soon. Just waiting for that all important negative test result. She has now had 3 positive tests but is medically doing ok. She needs to get out and get some proper care now so she can build her strength back up 😁

Over the flipping moon. I’ve held onto these (and a few other things) from my skinny days I love them and couldn’t let them go.

Today I’m clearing out I’m sick of the state of the spare room so I am sorting clothes for charity. I thought I’d try them (last time I tried was for Oz and I couldn’t even get them on) today!!!!!!

They are low waisted so there is a bit of overhang but I’m determined it will now go soon too. Yet I’m about 2 stone heavier then when I used to wear them! If that doesn’t say ignore the number on the scales I dont know what will.

Thank you all. I went through all my too small clothes. One top & skirt (size 8) Don’t fit but otherwise I have a whole new wardrobe. It’s bizarre as I’m at least 1.5-2 stone heavier but I’ll take it!
