My immune system is luckily a horredous, sometimes overeager killing machine. I just coughed for a couple days. My colleagues who have much higher virus exposure due to their partners being front line nhs were floored for days

Lizzie, I've been working from home for 10 weeks and I haven't even dared to try my office clothes :-O

Hi ya all. Nothing to report here really. Am eating better and moving more, working from home too. Weight not really shifting but hey ho. Life has been a bit tough last 3 weeks so last thing on my mind really but for once I have not turned to comfort eating.

Still not really able to do too much exercise in one hit - struggled since being ill Feb/March

well done to all the losers :-)

Hey guys. I haven't been around Fetch for a while and came back a couple of months ago, can't remember if I popped in here to say him but going to have a read back and a catch up.

I hit my heaviest weight ever a couple of weeks into lockdown - some personal stuff and the stress of everything set me off into one of the worst binge cycles I've ever been on. I got it back under control and have managed to shift 16lbs since then - not really following any particular plan, just picking less and managing portion sizes. I've also been exercising more and have just finished Week 2 of couch to 5k. The personal crap is ongoing, it's not a good situation to be in, but I have stopped dealing with it by feeding my face.

Hola

Hey Kwala bear, lovely to see you and what a fantastic weight loss :-)

I am making a point of putting jeans on once a week as a bit of a measure of how things are going.

I had a good few weeks then last couple kinda returned to the norm of mindless munching - grrrrr. Not binged as such more constant grazing

Whoop welcome back Kwala!! Fab to see you and less of you at that! Well done.

Last week I hit my stone loss (since November) but it was intentional to lose slowly - I joined then had 2 girls weekend’s away, work trips, xmas, xmas nights out, birthday celebrations inc hubby’s 50th and a holiday to Oz so I am so pleased. Lost another 1.5 this week. Lockdown seems to suit me 😂

Hope you’re all ok. I’ve struggled with work this week lots of frustrations and miss the rant options and option to chat about normal stuff with other people. Hubby is now furloughed and I could have murdered him yesterday i was back to back meetings and went to investigate lunch to find him in the garden & had to prep and cook I was not happy, he took the hint today he’s on the ball.

I seem to have plateaued. Probably just need to try harder. Picnics with lots of Prosecco don't help ;)
