I need to get back in the logging habit first - it just takes so long, especially working out a proportion of a home-cooked family meal. Then walk more and faster, then look at intake (quality & quantity).
The heaviness makes me miserable, and the food doesn't...

That does seem really low, especially with exercise factored in as well.
I have got to 18lbs down but seem to be stuck here, I have got here by increased activity and luck rather than following any kind of plan so i think it's time to find a plan and stick to it!
You're doing amazingly well gg

(I was looking at Fast800 before, so 1200 seemed quite a bit!)

So many diets out there it’s a minefield.
I’m doing slimming world but not using syns I log in my fitness pal. I have cha fed the ‘meals’ to SW themed - speed, free, healthy extras, other and I try to make sure I have thr He’ covered and speed box full I try to limit others but ultimately I do drink too many calories. It is a faff but it remembers your recents and you can add meals/recipes. I find meals better as it means I can change the ingredients if I need too.

I have had to factor in some calories for a daily glass of red (don’t always have it) just to keep me going😊. Twelve pounds down since mid April but stuck at 140lb at the moment. Still, all my clothes fit again which is nice.

4.3kg of COVID fat gone. It's not easy with such reduced activity levels. If you think 1200 is little, I won't tell you about mine! *shuffles Michael Moseley out of sight*

Great loss Cuddy Is Michael Mosley the 5:2 thing , so you're only seriously restricting 2 days a week or is it more than that?
And Non-runner too - I like that you have a wine allowance - we need these treats to keep us going !!

Wow great loss Kwala apologies I missed your post earlier not sure how I managed that.
Also huge well done cuddly!
We’ve just had a takeaway from our fave Indian restaurant I opted for tandoori king prawns and had a little bit of rice and curry sauce from hubby. It was divine and no hardship admits a firm favourite anyway. We also got a bbq pack from them for 2 people it will do us at least 2 maybe 3 meals!
Wine is essential

GG, sometimes just a little taste of something “normal” hits the spot, doesn’t it. I have found over the many weeks I have been cutting down, that with puddings and choc, after about two mouthfuls diminishing returns set in. The trick is being able to stop at that point😬.

Wombling Plodder (Welsh Womble)
Fantastic kwala - you are on a roll at the moment. Very inspiring
Well done to everyone make loses and all the best to those who are hitting the refresh button
I lost 9lb during April and May but nothing in June which possibly coincides with me now visiting the supermarket again or OH buying icecreams!!!
I have started plodding again - short runs a couple of times a week so hopefully I can reset the body and get to the next weight range by the end of the month. I have also started using my bike on the turbo so hopefully I can burn some day that way.
Here's to July
