Back to normal term-time eating - more eggs, fewer carbs, less pudding - 1.5lb off. Very surprised actually, and will be looking at the longer picture. Also, I use the same scales on the same bit of floor each time, but I don't completely trust them!

Had a bit of a wake up call this week. My weight has been creeping up recently to its highest point in a long while. As a result my back has been rumbling (I tweaked it making a bed in anger at work) but it's not settled. Back rached crisis point on Tuesday. I have to get the weight off and keep it off. My frame just cannot support being even 2 stone over weight.

Cuddy
I hear you. I keep getting stuck in the pattern of cutting down like mad before holiday, then eat like a pig on holiday...and somehow can't back on track at home and the weight creeps back up.
My ankle is still a bit wonky after a sprain in February, been a really long road, but I'm going to get on the treaddie and do a little bit tomorrow. And no matter how bad the ankle, there's really no excuse for the crap I've been eating. Dammit.

I was doing really well this week, up until last night when I had a 2am eating thing. Not quite as bad as it used to be but enough to make me feel discouraged and crap today.

Well done LG
My weight has been wobbling around the same midpoint +/- 3lb or so for months.
I'm using MFP, but always came out 2-300 cals over the desired total for the day. Since I started playing WSW and logging my walking in the game, I've very slightly increased my average daily miles. Cutting alcohol on a school night has also helped and as of yesterday I finally crept back into the healthy BMI zone, dropping through what has been my lowest weight barrier for the last 2 years. I'm still about 10lb up on "PB Weight" and at least a stone over where I'd really like to be, but.....
However, two glasses of red last evening lead to a late evening scone and jam - and then this morning I've eaten a pre-long-run breakfast, but am still sitting here. Don't get the self-sabotage when I'm happy with where i'm getting to

Fragile Do Not Bend
Well done LG and Rosehip, losing weight really is a mind game.
I don’t want to sound like I’m bragging but I’ve now lost 9lb since rejoining SW in June. The weight comes off ok if I REALLY stick to the SW plan but it’s such a struggle as I feel hungry a lot of the time. SW say you shouldn’t feel hungry as you can eat as much ‘free’ food as you like but I still do feel hungry!
