How's everyone doing? Is everyone hitting the mince pies already?
I've just realised I'm pretty much the same weight as in the beginning of the year. Boo. I lost weight for summer and gained it right back. Contradictory to the thread title, still hasn't been my year.
Trying to keep on top of things with exercise. Started a press up challenge 3 weeks ago and I nearly busted my jacket sleeves today. Those who say that women can't gain muscle fast should meet me.
That's all. Meh.

I was doing well these last few weeks - until last week when I just binged for the entire week. Not weighing myself this week because it'll just discourage me. I'll try to eat well all week and hope I've mitigated some of it by next Monday.
